Despite popular belief of the Arbiter, he isn't a shamed swordsman, he is simply one who was given a second chance to redeem himself from his crimes. But like all Arbiters, they die in a suicide mission, which is the way they are supposed to be redeemed.
I think so, but I would think that the "nar" part of his name indicates that he is extremely highly regarded in Sangheili society, if not for his combat prowess, then for his ability as a commander. But no one gets to a position of power without a few skulls on your belt, especially if you are a Sangheili.

That's effin beast, the Spartan's like 13ft. That's more like it, I wish we saw more tanks like this in game. The only objection I have is the ear things on the Spartan's helmet, that's it. The rest is amazing, I would make it green and give a nice gold visor. Great work!!
